Studio Twins will provide full photographic coverage of the Graduation Ceremony of the University of Nicosia Medical School, which will take place on Thursday, 4 June 2020 at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre in Nicosia, Cyprus.
CEREMONY PHOTOS
All ceremony photos will be available to view and/or download from the UNIC Medical School’s website https://www.med.unic.ac.cy/student-life/graduation/ for free
STUDIO PHOTOS
- Individual Package for €35
Two (2) individual portraits (in envelopes with window) 20x25cm which will include the logo of your degree plus two (2) 15x20cm prints
- Family Package Price for €50
Three (3) printed images with family members (in envelopes with window) 20x25cm including logos as described above plus three (3) 15x20 cm prints. The family package gives you the opportunity to replace some of your family prints with images of your choice from the ceremony part.
Delivery
- Your prints will be sent to the address you will provide with the following delivery cost:
Cyprus: € 3.00
Europe (including UK): €5.00
Rest of world: € 7.00
Delivery time varies according to destination (3-8 working days).
- Your studio pictures will also be sent electronically to the email address you will provide.
Deadline for pre-ordering is set for 24 MAY 2020. If you do not pre-order and you drop in announced you run the risk of not having your pictures taken.
By Friday, 29 May 2020 those who pre-ordered will receive an email from us indicating the shooting schedule. Each graduand will be given a 10-minute time slot between13:30 and 16:30. Slot allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be done in a reverse order, i.e. the earlier you place your order the better chance you have to be allocated a slot closer to the beginning of the ceremony.
Refund Policy
- If for any reason you are not able to attend the ceremony your card will be credited with the full amount prepaid online.
- Cancellation policy for those attending the ceremony:
- Up to 5 days: full refund
- Up to 24 hours: 50% refund
- No show: no refund
